(NOTE: Possession could mean knowingly in the presence of controlled substances) Possession or knowingly in the presence of drug paraphernalia. Paraphernalia includes any items used in conjunction with controlled substance use and/or ingestion and includes any items used to mask the use or possession of controlled substances

Possession of any empty container in which alcohol has been sold, carried, served, or consumed is not permitted within the residence halls. Containers that have been repurposed or designed solely for decorative use may be allowed at the discretion of the hall or complex director. Violations of this policy will receive sanctions that are consistent with those assigned to violations of the University’s Alcohol Policy.
